WHAT TO EXPECT
Our 5-year apprenticeship gives you the knowledge, experience and qualification you need to start a career as a rural chartered surveyor. You’ll get hands-on experience at one of the UK's most successful firms in the utility and infrastructure sector, and work on various exciting projects such as HS2 and Heathrow 3rd runway.
You will join a dynamic team that will support you through your studies and involve you in negotiating compensation claims, to liaising with landowners and working on large compulsory purchase projects.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and maths or equivalent. Entry requirements for the University are as follows:

English and maths GCSE (grades A*- C or 9 - 4) or equivalent
as well as one of the following:

3 A-levels - grades C or above

A previous Level 3 Apprenticeship in a construction or property related discipline - experience will be considered

BTEC DMM or higher

Mature applicants with experience will be considered on a case by case basis
HOW TO APPLY
Alongside working for Dalcour Maclaren, you will obtain a RICS accredited degree part-time over five academic years, with teaching delivered in a series of weeklong blocks at Harper Adams University. As an Apprentice, you will be fully enrolled as a student and work towards your degree, with the university fees and Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) being covered by Dalcour Maclaren.
