We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join our Marketing Team and drive digital campaigns to raise our fun and professional profile even further, engage the right people and continue to expand our business nationwide.

As a Social Media & Content Manager, you will engage and work with our Business Development Team, as well as our Attraction and Engagement Team to produce, track and optimise content, focusing on the attraction of new recruits and new business.   

Are you?

  • An experienced digital and/or social media marketing professional with excellent written communication skills, an eye for design, and a willingness to engage with multiple teams.

  • Experiences in using paid social, PPC advertising and SEO and reporting on insights.

  • Confident in building relationships across the company, and adapting content and writing styles to produce anything from business development comms to coverage of company parties, and everything in between. 

  • Familiar with using design tools such as Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and the full MS suite.

  • Familiar with CRM systems.

  • Used to working with end-to-end marketing funnels, with an excellent grasp of brand-building and customer-focused campaigns. 

  • Excited by the prospect of working for a fast-paced company, trying new things and innovating at every level to deliver a broader business strategy, to drive sales, increase brand awareness and create a brand that everyone wants a slice of.

  • A team player, with a positive attitude, and a people person.

  • Willing to travel on occasion to other offices and events, and have a full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintain and manage all our social media and digital channels in line with the wider digital marketing strategy.

  • Plan, create and deliver social media campaigns and recommend steps for better integration & automation to deliver qualified leads to the Business Development team.

  • Engage with activity across the company to optimise opportunities for content generation.

  • Be involved with internal and external events, promote interest and provide coverage across our digital channels.

  • Work with technical experts to create, proofread and edit content in line with our brand’s Tone of Voice.

  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end audience experience across social media and digital channels and other audience touchpoints; Web, SEO and email.

  • Support the Marketing Team to create and deliver the strategy, content plan and creation of assets (PDFs, guides, webpages, videos) to improve audience experience.

  • Challenge the status quo and explore innovation and options that will continually develop the DM brand through the use of digital content.
