What will I be doing as a Project Coordinator?

  • Taking ownership of and responsibility for the successful delivery of programmes and projects

  • Opportunity to shape processes and working methods

  • Stakeholder engagement between our internal services, the clients we report to and third parties

  • Identifying and monitoring project risks and opportunities through up-to-date reporting

  • Organising and chairing monthly meetings and supporting the client lead with strategic planning

  • Working with our innovative tailored systems and processes to deliver business support services efficiently

What are we looking for?

  • Willingness to take a proactive and innovative approach to problem solving and delivery

  • Experience in reporting tools such as, KPI’s risk registers and action logs

  • Great IT skills & confident with Microsoft Programmes, and Workday

  • Previous experience with using databases such as SharePoint

  • Results driven and organised

  • An excellent communicator looking to develop positive working relationships

  • A positive attitude and great attention to detail
