So, what is this Project Coordinator role about?

This role is all about project coordination and ensuring, as always, our clients get the best service from us. No one day will be the same; you will have a variety of projects to get involved with. This role is heavily focused on data - being able to be an Excel whizz and manipulate and present it to suit a varied audience is key.

What will I be doing?

  • You will be providing people coordination, data analysis, reporting and document control such as minute taking a preparing client presentations.

  • Working closely with the client, other project coordinators and agricultural liaison officers.

  • You will assist in managing fast-paced projects, regularly reporting to the client and liaising with landowners and occupiers to secure the relevant access rights required to deliver your client’s objectives.

  • You will deal with a variety of landowners and other stakeholders, with work across varied geographic areas and providing additional support to the team.

You will be perfect for this role if you…

  • You may have previous experience working in Project Management or Coordination role and/or take a keen interest in data management.

  • You’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail.

  • You will be a confident and driven individual who is self-motivated, organised and systematic in their approach.

  • You will have excellent excel, word, PowerPoint and Microsoft suite skills.
