As Marketing Manager you will manage our medium term strategy, business plans and budgets, in-house team and external consultants, and report to Senior Management and stakeholders to demonstrate ROI, and successes and risks to project delivery.


What will be my main activities?

  • Manage implementation of the marketing strategy

  • Manage the marketing budget

  • Create and manage the range of web, social and sales assets

  • Drive campaigns to support both company recruitment and growth

  • Manage a small in-house team


Working closely with our People Team you will:

  • Develop and deliver strategies for internal engagement, recruitment, retention and company engagement

  • Generate digital content alongside experts across the company to showcase the company’s unique culture and company values

  • Maximise social media platforms to demonstrate Dalcour Maclaren as an employer of choice

  • Optimise processes from engagement to on-boarding for new starters, with the use of CRM, Workday and SEO

  • Oversee digital and social campaigns to deliver messaging around company culture and values, events and recruitment opportunities

Working closely with the Business Development teams you will:

  • Align Marketing with Business Development teams to maximise opportunities, monitor and engage with market trends, and create market-leading, thought-leadership content to showcase DM’s expertise

  • Liaise with senior teams to generate content and targeting plans for business development activity

  • Deliver campaigns targeting new and existing opportunities for DM


  • Circa 3 Years+ experience working in B2B marketing and people engagement

  • Ideally CIM Qualified or equivalent experience

  • Proven ability to build and nurture strong internal and external relationships (both client and professional) in order to implement change and make things happen

  • A confident, ambitious and energetic approach which inspires others

  • Creativity and the ability to act on your own initiative to deliver the best solutions for the business

  • Confidence and credibility when dealing with internal and external stakeholders, and ability to report, present and engage with challenging discussion

  • Excellent copy writing, proofreading and editing skills

  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel to offices across the UK
