The Role

As a Junior Land Referencer you will work closely with Project Managers and GIS Specialists to collect, interpret and review land ownership data to be presented to our clients in a variety of formats.

No experience is needed as full training will be provided to support your learning and development in Land Referencing to help build your career.


Key Responsibilities

  • Under guidance, produce land and property ownership data outputs and reports for internal and external clients

  • Under guidance, obtain, manage and analyse data from a range of sources including Land Registry, Local Authorities and Utility companies to best inform our advice and service to clients

  • Attending site visits, meeting with project stakeholders to record and update land ownership data

  • Carry out work in compliance with relevant legal, statutory, contractual and organisational requirements and policies

  • Play a key role in the team by supporting, communicating and helping all other team members.


Key Sklls

  • Great IT skills with good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word packages

  • An analytical way of thinking and excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage a large amount of both quantitative and qualitative data

  • You will be able to organise workloads to meet tight project deadlines

  • You will have great verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to travel to site and project locations
