The Role
Dalcour Maclaren have an exciting and rewarding role to join our Tender Team as a Bid-Support Coordinator.
As the Bid-Support Coordinator you will be working at the core of our business and help us continue to win even more new clients and opportunities in the rapidly growing utility, energy and infrastructure sector. Driving continuous improvement in formal-submitted proposals, the principal responsibility is to assist in the management of the bid team from Prequalification Questionnaire through to developing the tender submission ensuring all submissions are delivered to programme and that all client requirements are met.
What will I be doing?
Probe and challenge the bid invitation, work with the relevant Service Leads providing practical guidance on how the bid will be scored
Submitting Expressions of Interest and monitoring portals for any updated information
Population of bid reports with all relevant information to enable tracking and report production
Manage Client Portals for uploads and client communications during the tender process
Owning less complex, standard tender responses, Supplier Evaluation and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
Preparation of non-technical content including company information, certificates, statutory declarations & insurance documentation
Formatting of proposal documents including tables, graphs, images and brand compliance in line with Marketing Guidelines
Support our Bid Manager in the co-ordination and preparation of technical information
Provide support to the bid team managing and coordinating document flow and distribution including Requests for Information and Clarifications
Maintaining and developing the Bid Library of pre-written content to improve proposal quality and tender team productivit
